I actually ended up extending my stay because I enjoyed it so much. A lot of guests have already returned multiple times, so there’s a really nice community feeling where people know each other and quickly connect. The crowd is generally 25+ and there were also some families and older guests, which created a very relaxed and friendly atmosphere. The team is incredibly helpful and always easy to reach if you need anything. You can also rent surfboards directly on site, which makes things very convenient. 🏄🏼♀️🌊 They also offer daily yoga classes, which was a big highlight for me. My session with Tamara was especially great – very intense, challenging, and incredibly good. The 4 bed dorms are quite basic. The only thing I was missing was a safe or a lockable locker for valuables. There is also no AC, so the rooms can get pretty hot at times. Every morning from 8–10 am they serve a great breakfast that changes daily, which was always a really nice start to the day. La Punta is a fantastic area for socializing and the surf spot is excellent. I couldn't have found a better hostel at for the last week of my stay in Ecuador. Everything about the hostel was perfect for me from it's location (the beach is less than 2 mins walk away) the 4 bed dorms with private bathrooms, free breakfast, which changes every day and last but definitely not least, the amazing staff. Special mention to Jackson, Alejandro and Meryl who all made my stay one to remember for a very long time, thankyou. Finally, the rooms are immaculately clean thanks to the hard work of the cleaning staff. Huge thanks to you too.
